Vendor & Supplier Management Factory identification & assessment

We at Access India assist clients to accredited factories & suppliers who are evaluated & inspected for compliance, creditworthiness, and past performance in servicing international clients. We only work with factories who can provide the categories of products sourced by our clients/buyers at competitive prices and who are aware of international standards & norms.

Production Planning & Production Control

At Access India on orders placed by our clients, we closely plan and monitor the production to meet the client's schedules and programs in time.

Quality Control & Product Testing

All orders are closely monitored for quality with 3 stage inspection – Online, Midline and Final. The inspections are conducted as per AQL 4.0 Level.

Packaging & Labelling

All packing is worthy with proper drop tests conducted. The packing is driven by the size & weight of the product, using 3/5 or 7-ply carton boxes. Also, Hang-Tags and barcode labels are applied as per instructions.

Logistics, Warehousing & Cargo Consolidation

Our services also cover logistic & consolidation support, to get the best shipping rates and assist in consolidating multiple shipments from different suppliers in a 20’/40’ FCL.

Shipping & Documentation assistance

Timely despatch by coordinating shipment movement from the factory to meet the vessel arrival at the port of despatch. Post shipment document follow and timely despatch of original documents to the buyer in time.
